摘要
“三导师制”联合培养模式积极探索社会工作专业全员、全程、全方位育人机制,为社会工作人才培养指明了全新的方向。“三导师制”通过成长导师—专业导师—实务导师的联合培养,形成了“态度养成—知识传授—技能提升”的社会工作专业人才培养链条,构建了“学校—企业—学校”的学生闭环管理模式,节省了学生的就业成本。“三导师制”的有效实施有赖于树立以“学生为本”的“全员、全程、全方位”教学思维,创建对接紧密的、动态调整的分类、分阶段联合育人模式,设计将“企业案例”转化为“教学项目”的优质教学方案,并健全“三导师制”的建设管理模式。
"Three tutorial system"joint training mode actively explores the"full-staff,whole-process and all-round"education mechanism for the social work major,pointing out a new direction for the training of social work talents.It is based on the co-cultivation of the growth tutors-professional tutors-practical tutors,which has formed the training chain of social work talents of"atitude formation-knowledge imparting-skill promotion",and constructed the closed-loop management model of""school-enterprise-school",saving employment costs for students.The effective implementation of the"three tutorial system"depends on such strategies as establishing"student-oriented"teaching thinking of"full-staff,whole-process and all-round",creating a classified and phased joint education model with close docking and dynamic adjustment,designing a high-quality teaching program that transforms"enterprise case"into""teaching project",and perfecting the"three tutorial system"construction management mode.
