合分式小组讨论教学法在《护理研究》教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨合分式小组讨论教学法在《护理研究》教学中的应用效果。方法采用自行设计问卷,整群抽取护理学专业290名本科生进行现况调查。结果护理学专业学生自主学习能力总体较好,95.51%(277/290)护生认为有必要改革课堂教学模式,其中87.24%(253/290)护生认为非常有必要;有77.59%(225/290)护生认为有必要实施合分式小组教学法,有助于激发学生学习积极性、培养创新意识、团队精神和人际沟通能力。结论护理学专业教师转变教育教学观念,采用合分式小组讨论教学法等多种教学方法,以学生为中心,教师为主导,不断提高护理学专业教学质量。 Objective In order to explore the application result of this holistic-fraction approach in group discussion in the curriculum of nursing research. Methods the author put this mode into practice and regards nursing students as research objects. Questionnaire investigation and paper test are applied to evaluate the assessment of 290 nursing students. Results The result shows that holistic-fraction approach in group discussion is certainly an effective teaching method to enhance the interest in learning and teaching quality in the curriculum of nursing research and 95.51% students in favor of this teaching methods. Conclusion The nursing teacher should transfer education and teaching concept and scientifically reform curriculum teaching methods in order to enhance teaching quality of nursing.
