生态双四教学法在《护理研究》第二课堂中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析生态双四教学法在《护理研究》第2课堂教学活动中的应用效果。方法选择本校2010级四年制本科两个班级(每班50名护生),以掷币法随机分为实验组(A班)、对照组(B班)。对照组以常规教学法开展第1课堂教学,实验组则在这一基础上,以生态双四教学法开辟第2课堂,在学期结束后对两组的教学效果进行比较分析。结果实验组平时成绩、期末考试成绩及格率达到100%,其中优秀率分别为56.0%、66.0%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生的批判性思维能力与对照相比在寻找真相(P<0.01)、开放思想(P<0.01)、分析能力(P<0.05)、系统化能力(P<0.05)、批判思维的自信心(P<0.05)、认知成熟度(P<0.05)及总分值(P<0.01)上差异均有统计学意义。结论生态双四教学法运用于《护理研究》第2课堂教学,可进一步挖掘护生潜力,提高其主动学习、创新学习的意识和能力,同时提高教师教学水平,使师生得到共同良性发展。 Objective To analyze application effect of ecological double-four pedagogy in extracurricular learning of nursing research. Methods Select two classes enrolled in year of 2011 for four-year undergraduate course (50 students for each), and randomly separate them into test group (Class A) and control group (Class B) with method of flipping coin. For the control group, conventional pedagogy will be carried out for the curricular teaching; while for test group, on basis of curricular teaching, the ecological double-four pedagogy will also be carried out for extracurricular learning. And then the teaching Result will be compared and analyzed in the end of the semester. Results For test group, pass rate of average grade and final exam is 100%, with merit percentage of 56.0% and 66.0% respectively, which is significantly higher than that of control group (P〈O.05). By comparison with student of control group, students of test group are statistically different in Find the Truth (P〈O.O1), Open Mind (P〈0.O1), Analysis Capability (P〈0.05), Systematic Ability (P〈0.05), Serf-confidence in Critical Thinking (P〈0.05), Cognition Maturity (P〈0.05) and Total Grade (P〈0.01).Conclusion It is capable of further exploiting potentiality of nursing student to apply ecological double-four pedagogy in extracurricular learning of Nursing Research; it not only improve students' awareness and ability of positive and innovative learning, but also improve the teaching capability of teachers, reaching a common benign development of them.
