摘要
智慧型城市轨道交通建设以技术为支撑,人才是关键。高职院校为交通运输业做好高素质、创新型应用人才储备时,应以“狠抓高职与本科应用型人才贯通培养试点工作、按职业岗位群需求培养人才、达成人才培养目标、注重学生职业成长”为抓手,培养交通运输专业人才应做到:推进职业教育、普通高等教育协同育人;加快科教融汇,完善科技创新体系;成立交通职业指导委员会,建设智慧轨道交通产业培训项目;师资队伍职前实施把关制,职后建设创新团队;建立校中厂实训、实习基地,有效提升人才贯通培养质量。
The construction of intelligent urban rail transit is supported by technology,and talents are the key.Therefore,higher vocational colleges and universities should reserve high-quality and innovative applied talents for the transportation industry by"focusing on the pilot work of interdisciplinary training of applied talents between higher vocational education and undergraduate education,cultivating talents according to the needs of vocational job groups,reaching the goal of talent training,and focusing on students'career growth",and do the following when reserving talents for the transportation industry:promote In the transportation industry talent pool,we will:promote vocational education and general higher education to educate people;accelerate the integration of science and education,and improve the science and technology innovation system;set up a transportation vocational guidance committee,and build a training program for intelligent rail transportation industry;implement a gatekeeper system for the teacher team before employment,and build an innovative team after employment;establish a school-in-plant practical training and internship base,and effectively improve the quality of talent through training.
