摘要
人才培养模式是指在一定的教育理念(思想)的指导下,为实现一定的培养目标而形成的较为稳定的结构状态和运行机制,包括教育理念、培养目标、培养过程、培养制度、培养评价。教育理念,是人才培养活动所尊崇的教育观念和原则,它规定着人才培养活动的性质和发展方向;培养目标则为人才培养活动指明了方向;培养过程是教育理念得以贯彻的中间环节;培养制度是人才培养行为得以稳定存在并持续不断的行为模式;培养评价则是人才培养活动的评判环节,它衡量着人才培养活动的成功与否以及人才培养模式的形成。
The personnel training mode is comparatively stable structural state and operating mechanism to attain certain training's objectives under the direction referring to in certain educational idea, and includseducationa idea, training target, training process, training system and training evaluation. Educational idea is the concept and principle what personnel training activity follows and regulates the properties and develop direction of personnel training;mining target shows dearly direction for personnel training; Training proces is the intermediate link of carrying out educational idea; Training system is behavior pattern what training behaviors exist epending on stablely and stainably; Training evaluation is the estimating link judging the success of personnel training as well as pattern being of personnel training.
