摘要
高校英语人才的培养不仅要求培养学生的专业素养,同时还要求培养学生的语言素养,学生的语用能力。结合国外一些人才培养模式的理论依据,基于企业对人才的需求,培养油田专业性英语人才要根据培养目标、培养规格,制定培养方案,构建具有油田特色的"1+1"培养模式。
Not only does the oil field models for English talents cultivation need specialty,but also need to cultivate students＇ language usage.Some successful models in foreign countries provide scientific basis for us for reference.On basis of the requirements which oil-filed needs,it is necessary to designs the oil features of ＂1＋1 models＂ according to cultivating target,standard,process and evaluation.
