摘要
随着经济的发展,国际经济对我国食品工厂建设提出了新的要求。根据“食品工厂设计”课程特点,分析现阶段该课程建设存在的问题,提出了通过交流、合作、实践相结合的方法提高教师教学能力;利用多媒体课堂、启发式和任务式教学、多种课程考核方式,提高学生学习的积极性和创造力,以期提高学生的创造力和综合素质,为培养具有生产实践能力的优秀学生提供思路和方法。
The international economy has put forward new requirements for the food factory construction in China,with the development of economy.According to the characteristics of food factory design course,we analyzed the problems existing in this course at present,and put forward the methods of communication,cooperation,and practice to improve the teaching skills.To improve students'comprehensive quality,multimedia classroom,heuristic and task-based teaching and various course assessment methods are used to stimulate their learning enthusiasm and creativity.It would provide ideas and methods for cultivating excellent students with production and practice ability.
