摘要
针对当前食品人才市场需求以及食品工厂设计课程教学中存在的问题,提出该课程教学改革的必要性和紧迫性,介绍了该课程教学改革的实践经验。通过理论与实践教学的整合与创新,师资队伍的建设,提高了教学效果,增强了学生的工程设计能力。
Based on the market demand for the food talent and the main problems in the course teaching of food plant design, the necessity and urgency of the teaching reform was proposed. The practical experience of the teaching reform was introduced. By integration and innova- tion of the theory and practice teaching and faculty building, the teaching effectiveness was improved, and the students^engineering design ca- pabilities was also enhanced.
