摘要
通过对荷兰食品工程教育的考察,从中提炼出一些有益元素,并将其融入教学改革实践当中。认为高效的教学活动应是"教"与"学"交互递进的过程,我国的教学改革只有从"教"与"学"两方面入手,大力开展教学改革,引进先进的教学文化和方法,才能提高食品工程教育水平。
Some beneficial elements from personal experience in the process of the Dutch food engineering teaching works were refined,and the obtained beneficial elements were put into teaching innovation practice.It was believed that the effective teaching activity should be mutual improving process between teaching and learning,once our innovation begins from the two aspects of teaching and learning while introducing the advanced teaching culture and methods,the education level of food engineering could be improved.
