摘要
“新工科”研究与实践是教育部为提高工科教育教学质量而实施的国家教育改革。CDIO是一种以构思(conceive)、设计(design)、实现(implement)和运作(operate)为核心的经典工程教育模式。针对“食品工厂设计与环境保护”课程教学中存在问题,以“新工科”教育教学为指引,引入CDIO工程教育模式进行课程教学改革。通过完善教学设计、强化课程工科深度、增加实践比重、创新教学手段、优化考核方式等多途径和手段达成教学改革目标,取得较好教学效果,教学质量明显提高,学生工艺设计能力显著提升,工科素养不断增强。
The research and practice of "New Engineering"are a national educational reform implemented by the Ministry of Education,with a purpose to improve the quality of engineering education and teaching.The CDIO is a four-word abbreviation of conceive,design,implement and operate,of which the four aspects are usually taken as core in the model of classic engineering education.Aiming at the problems existing in the course of"Food Factory Design and Environmental Protection",the teaching reform is discussed with the guidance of "New Engineering"education and teaching,in which the CDIO engineering education model is reasonably proposed.The goal of teaching reform is achieved by improving teaching design,strengthening the engineering depth of the course,increasing the proportion of practice,innovating teaching methods,and optimizing assessment methods and other ways.Thereafter,the teaching quality and students technological design ability have been significantly improved,as well as students'engineering literacy.
