摘要
目的探讨信息化翻转课堂结合CDIO模式对儿科护生理论与操作成绩、自主学习能力、批判性思维能力、创新能力及教学兴趣度和满意度的影响。方法选取2020年9月—2022年9月在重庆医科大学附属儿童医院肾脏科实习的75名护生,2020年9月—2021年9月进入临床实习的35名护生为对照组,采用常规带教模式。2021年9月—2022年9月进入临床实习的40名护生为研究组,采用信息化翻转课堂结合CDIO模式的教学方法。教学5周后比较两组的理论考核与操作考核成绩、自主学习能力、批判性思维能力、创新能力、对教学模式的兴趣度和满意度。结果研究组理论考核与操作考核成绩、自主学习能力评分、批判性思维能力评分、创新能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组对教学模式的兴趣度和满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息化翻转课堂结合CDIO模式应用于儿科临床护理教学中,有利于护生对理论知识和实践技能的运用及掌握,提高其自主学习能力、批判性思维能力、创新能力和教学满意度。
Objective To explore the effects of information flipped classroom combined with CDIO mode on theoretical and operational performance,autonomous learning ability,critical thinking ability,innovation ability,teaching interest and satisfaction of pediatric nursing students.Methods A total of 75 nursing students who practiced in the department of nephroology of Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected,and 35 nursing students who entered clinical practice from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the control group,and the conventional teaching mode was adopted.From September 2021 to September 2022,40 nursing students who entered clinical practice were selected as the research group,and the teaching method of information-based flipped classroom combined with CDIO model was adopted.After 5 weeks of teaching,the two groups were compared in theoretical assessment and operational assessment,independent learning ability,critical thinking ability,innovation ability,interest in teaching mode and satisfaction.Results The scores of theoretical and operational assessment,autonomous learning ability,critical thinking ability and innovation ability of the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).The interest degree and satisfaction degree of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Informationlized flipped classroom combined with CDIO teaching mode in pediatric clinical nursing teaching is conducive to the application and mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of nursing students,and improve their autonomous learning ability,critical thinking ability,innovation ability,and teaching satisfaction.
