摘要
人工智能时代的到来,为职业教育人才培养模式改革提供前所未有的新机遇,有助于全面提升职业教育人才培养质量、有助于实现人才培养精准教育、因材施教、有助于打破人才培养壁垒、构建教育新形态。鉴于此,职业教育在人才培养中,应革新职业教育人才培养理念与目标、优化职业教育人才培养内容与专业、创新职业教育人才培养方式与方法、完善职业教育人才培养考核与评价,适应人工智能时代的发展形势,培养契合时代需求的高质量人才。
The arrival of the artificial intelligence era provides an unprecedented new opportunity for the reform of vocational education talent training mode,helps to comprehensively improve the quality of vocational education talent training,helps to achieve precise education of talent training,teaches students in accordance with their aptitude,helps to break the talent training barrier,and constructs a new form of education.In view of this,vocational education in talent training should innovate the concept and goal of vocational education talent training,optimize the content and specialty of vocational education talent training,innovate the methods and methods of vocational education talent training,improve the assessment and evaluation of vocational education talent training,adapt to the development situation of the artificial intelligence era,and cultivate high-quality talents that meet the needs of the times.
