摘要
二十大报告明确提出“推进教育数字化”,教师作为提升教育水平的主力,需要不断加强自身的教学能力。以信息环境下的翻转课堂为切入口,基于TPACK框架,对H大学英语教师教学过程中出现的问题,如教师教学观念转变不到位、信息技术与教学实践融合不佳等问题进行剖析具有必要性。针对上述问题,从课前、课中、课后三个阶段,基于TPACK框架下的技术知识(TK)、教学法知识(PK)以及“技术-教学”知识(TPK)等,提出高校英语教师翻转课堂教学能力培养的基本思路及培养策略,以促进培育高校英语教师TPACK框架下的教师素养,助力高校英语教师教学实践能力的提升具有重要意义。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposes to“promote the digitalization of education”.As the main force to improve the education level,teachers should continue to improve their ability and quality.Based on the TPACK framework,this paper takes the flipped classroom under the information environment as the starting point,and analyzes the problems that occur in the teaching process of English teachers in H University,such as the inadequate transformation of teachers-teaching concepts,and the inability to integrate information technology with teaching practice.In response to the above problems,this study integrates technical knowledge(TK),pedagogical knowledge(PK)and technology-teaching knowledge(TPK)under the framework of TPACK from the three stages of pre-class,while-class and post-class,and proposes the basic ideas for the cultivation of college English teachers-flipped classroom teaching ability and the cultivation strategies for teachers to improve their information technology ability and master effective teaching methods.With a view to promoting the improvement of college English teachers-TPACK ability,promote the comprehensive development of college English teachers-teaching practice,and make a modest contribution to the reform of college English flipped classroom teaching.
