摘要
教学能力是教师专业能力的关键,是指教师在教学实践中形成的,基于一定的教学知识和教学技能,顺利完成教学活动任务和促进学生学科核心素养发展过程中表现出来的个性心理特征。以思维型教学理论为依据,建构教师教学能力评价的课堂行为观察量表。该量表含3个一级指标,11个二级指标。在用量表对教师行为进行评分时,要兼顾整体和部分之间的关系进行综合评估。
As a key component of the professional abilities of teachers,teaching ability refers to the psychological characteristics of personality of teachers developed through their teaching practice and manifested in the process of successful completion of teaching tasks and the promotion of the development of disciplinary key competences of students on the basis of certain teaching knowledge and skills.In this study,a scale for the observation of classroom behaviors is formulated to assess the teaching ability of teachers on the foundation of the thinking-based teaching theory,which consists of 3 primary indices and 11 secondary indices.The application of the scale for the assessment of teachers’behaviors entails a comprehensive evaluation which takes into consideration the part-whole relationship.
