新课标背景下中小学生体育核心素养的培育 被引量:8

摘要 体育核心素养作为学校体育课程改革的价值指向,是落实“立德树人”根本任务、发展素质教育的有效载体,其中运动能力培养是根本指向,健康行为是稳定保障,体育品德是坚实基础。目前体育核心素养培育面临制度政策保障不完善,地方管理主体与学校培育理念有待转变,体育教学培育力度不足的现实困囿。为更好实现体育核心素养育体与育人功能,应完善顶层设计,构建体育核心素养培育指标;生成教育合力,构建多方联动保障机制;聚焦体育核心素养表现,基于体育学习评价共促体育核心素养;提升体育教师体育核心素养,为培育学生体育核心素养提供坚实保障;提高教学质量,转变教育教学方法与尊重学生主体地位。 As the value orientation of school physical education curriculum reform,the core literacy of physical education is an effective carrier for the implementation of the fundamental task of“cultivating moral integrity”and the development of quality education,in which the cultivation of athletic ability is the fundamental direction,healthy behavior is a stable guarantee,and the physical education character is a solid foundation.At present,the cultivation of core literacy in physical education faces the reality of imperfect institutional and policy protection,the need to change the cultivation concepts of local management bodies and schools,and insufficient cultivation efforts in physical education teaching.In order to better realize the function of sports core literacy in physical development and people cultivation,the paper proposes to improve the top-level design,design the sports core literacy cultivation index,generate educational synergy,build a multi-party linkage guarantee mechanism,focus on the performance of sports core literacy,promote the sports core literacy based on the evaluation of physical education learning,improve the core literacy of physical education teachers,cultivate the core literacy of the students in physical education to provide a solid guarantee,improve the quality of teaching and change the teaching method and respect the students’subjective position.
