摘要
为进一步提升采煤机的截割能力和落煤能力,达到提升其截割性能的目的,基于EDEM软件建立采煤机与复杂煤层的耦合仿真模型,分别对采煤机螺旋滚筒结构参数和运动参数对截割性能的影响开展对比仿真分析;采用多目标数学优化模型对螺旋滚筒参数进行优化,并得出优化后的滚筒参数对采煤机截割性能有明显改善的结论。
In order to further improve the cutting capacity and coal falling capacity of coal mining machine,the purpose of improving its cutting performance is achieved.Based on the EDEM software,a coupling simulation model between the coal miner and the complex coal seam was established,and the effects of the structure parameters and motion parameters of the coal miner's spiral drum on the cutting performance were compared and analysed.
