采煤机与刮板输送机的总体配套设计分析

摘要 针对采煤机与刮板输送机铲板,槽帮以及电缆槽在工作时易出现干涉的问题,从二者的配套设计源头着手,通过分析计算采煤机的落煤能力,依据刮板输送机的理论输送量应大于采煤机生产能力的原则,间接设计了二者在生产能力方面的配套情况,通过科学合理地设计关键配套部位,避免二者在后期配套工作中存在的配套不合理的问题,最大限度提高二者的工作效率。 Aiming at the problem of easy interference between coal miner and scraper conveyor shovel plate,trough gang and cable trough when working,the design of the two is started from the source of matching,and the matching of the two in terms of production capacity is designed indirectly by analyzing and calculating the coal drop capacity of coal miner,based on the principle that the theoretical conveying capacity of scraper conveyor should be larger than the production capacity of coal miner to avoid the unreasonable supporting problems in the later supporting work and maximize the working efficiency of both.
