摘要
针对目前薄煤层滚筒采煤机存在装煤效果差的问题,提出了设置弧形挡煤板、采用叶片倾斜布置型滚筒、使用大功率小尺寸行星头及采用紧凑型扁平链输送机等四种主要技术改善方案。并介绍了这四种方案的具体实施情况。据此,可为改善装煤效果提供技术基础支持。
Currently,in view of the poor loading effect of shearer at thin coal seam,the four main technique improvement methods have been proposed,such as setting curved block coal plates,using leaf inclination roller,using high-power small-size planet head and compact chain conveyor.The details of the implementation have been introduced.These methods can provide technique support for improving coal loading effect.
