摘要
为进一步提升采煤机在动态负载工况下的使用性能和可靠性,保证生产效率,以MG500/1130-AWD采煤机为研究对象,对其结构分析的基础上,基于SolidWorks软件建立摇臂壳体和二轴的三维模型,并对模型进行简化、设置边界条件和载荷的基础上对不同工况下对应的静力学进行仿真分析,为后续摇臂壳体和二轴结构优化奠定基础。
In order to further improve the performance and reliability of the shearer under dynamic load conditions and ensure production efficiency,based on the structural analysis of MG500/1130-AWD shearer as an example,a three-dimensional model of the rocker housing and two axes is established based on SolidWorks software,and the corresponding statics under different working conditions are simulated and analyzed on the basis of simplifying the model,setting boundary conditions and loads,It lays a foundation for the subsequent optimization of rocker arm housing and two shaft structure.
