摘要 以中心轮为研究对象,采用力的矢量方程图解法分析了三个行星轮对其施加的反作用力.根据该反作用力与转矩的关系获得附加方程.由于压轴力与该转矩存在确定的关系,可求出确定工作状态下具有唯一性的中心轮受力.基于反转法,求解了力多边形在一个运动周期内的变化规律,使中心轮的受力具有统一的计算式,而不用每一个位置均求解不同的方程组.图解法、解析法和反转法相结合,使复杂的问题变得简单.本文提出的这一方法对于其他领域的同类型研究具有参考价值. Department of Civil Engineering, The change law of the center wheel under the action of the axial force from belt drive is always a mechanical problem that needs to be avoided. The center wheel was studied as a research object. The force vector equation graphic method was used to analyze the reaction force exerted by the three planetary wheels. The acting force between the involute planet wheel and the center wheel were a normal force, it wasn't decomposed. Three planetary wheels exerted three forces on the center wheel. Axial force of belt drive and the force of the three were balanced about the supporting point in the section through the axial force. In the rotation plane, the force of the center wheel was decomposed by orthogonal decomposition, and the two dynamic equations were obtained. Transmission torque and axial force of the center wheel had a certain relationship. And the torque was achieved by three forces reaction force. Based on the relationship between the reaction force and torque, additional equations were obtained. In this way, the unique acting forces of three planet wheels on the center wheel were obtained through three equations under the determined working state. Based on inversion method, the change law of force polygon in a motion period was expressed clearly. So the dynamic equation was simplified. In such a way, the force of the center wheel has a unified calculation formula, but not every location to solve different equations. Combining the graphic method, the analytic method and the inversion method, the complex issues become simple. This proposed method has referential value for the same kind of research in other fields.
