摘要
为了完整而系统地研究游梁式抽油机主机构的设计及动力学问题,基于前期研究,提出了该机构的设计思路,并导出了一般安装位置的极限角、极位夹角、行程、压力角等几何参数的计算公式;提出了调节周期性载荷波动的配重物块新定义——储能块,明确了其研究方向;列出了质心不在位置矢量方向上的构件绕质心转动力矩平衡方程;与经典的图解法不同,没有将连杆简化为二力杆,也没有忽略力矩平衡方程的惯性项;基于二次插值算法由载荷的离散值获得任一时刻的载荷;基于四阶龙格-库塔法进行了该机构的动力学仿真,解析法和图解法所得结果相互验证,仿真结果可信。研究结论解决了该机构动力学的主要问题,可实现以曲柄摇杆机构为主机构的机械设计程序化,从而为结构优化设计提供条件;提供了该机构动力学研究的主要方法,可在该机构动力学研究程序化的基础上拓宽其适用范围;该机构动力学研究的图解法能够验证解析法结果。
In order to systematically study the design and dynamics of the main mechanism of beam pumping unit,based on the previous research,the design idea of the mechanism is put forward,and the calculation formulas of geometric parameters of the mechanism such as limit angle,extreme position angle,stroke and pressure angle of general installation position are derived;A new definition of using energy storage block instead of counterweight block to adjust periodic load fluctuation is proposed,and the research direction of it is pointed out;The moment balance equation of the components rotating around the center of mass are listed whose mass center is not in the direction of position vector;Different from the classical graphic method,the connecting rod is not simplified as a two force bar,and the inertia term of the moment balance equation is not ignored;Based on the quadratic interpolation algorithm,the load at any time can be obtained from the discrete value of the load;The dynamic simulation of the mechanism is carried out based on the fourth-order Runge Kutta method,the results obtained by the analytical method and the graphical method can be verified each other,which shows the simulation result is reliable.The research results solve the main dynamical problems of the mechanism,and realize the programming design of the mechanisms using crank rocker mechanism as the main mechanism,so as to provide conditions for the optimization design of structure;provide the method for the dynamical research of the mechanism,which can broaden the application scope of the mechanism on the basis of the programming of the mechanism dynamics research.The graphical method of dynamics research of the mechanism can verify the results the analytical method.
