计及相位角度关系的抽油机曲柄轴转矩自适应控制

摘要 为了有效控制曲柄轴转矩波动,提出一种计及相位角度关系的抽油机曲柄轴转矩自适应控制方法。通过分析抽油机内部构造及其运动学原理,建立悬点荷载最小与装机功率能耗最小的目标函数,设置曲柄轴转矩控制相关参数约束条件,使偏心连杆运动处于平衡状态,完成自适应控制。实验结果表明,该控制方法能够有效控制曲柄轴转矩波动,降低抽油机工作能耗。 During the operation of the pumping unit,if the torque fluctuation of the crank shaft is too large,the installed output power and energy consumption of the pumping unit will increase,so it is necessary to control the torque.In order to effectively control the torque fluctuation of the crank shaft,a self-adaptive control method for the torque of the crank shaft of a pumping unit is proposed.Taking into account the phase angle relationship,it analyzes the internal structure of the pumping unit and its Kinematics principle,establishes the objective function of the minimum polished rod load and the minimum energy consumption of the installed power,sets the constraint conditions of the relevant parameters of the crank shaft torque control,makes the eccentric connecting rod motion in a balanced state,and completes the adaptive control.The experimental results show that this method can effectively control the torque fluctuation of the crankshaft and reduce the energy consumption of the pumping unit.
