煤层钻孔加载前后截割特性对比研究

摘要 为提高采煤机破煤效率,采用EDEM软件建立仿真模型,以破煤率、平均截割阻力、平均截割比能耗为定性评价指标,分析滚筒截割有无钻孔煤层及不同地应力煤层的截割特性。结果表明:在煤层中加载钻孔,可以减小采煤机滚筒平均截割阻力、降低平均截割比能耗,增加破煤率。当采煤机滚筒截割10 MPa地应力煤层时,截割加载钻孔煤层的截割力、截割比能耗相对于截割无加载钻孔煤层分别减小3.814%、24.272%,破煤率增加5.87%;当采煤机滚筒截割15 MPa地应力煤层时,截割加载钻孔煤层的截割力、截割比能耗相对于截割无加载钻孔煤层分别减小5.676%、30.747%,破煤率增加6.48%;当采煤机滚筒截割无加载钻孔煤层时,截割15 MPa地应力煤层的截割力、截割比能耗相对于截割10 MPa地应力煤层分别增加18.364%、63.434%,破煤率减小8.42%;当采煤机滚筒截割有加载钻孔煤层时,截割15 MPa地应力煤层的截割力、截割比能耗相对于截割10 MPa地应力煤层分别增加16.072%、30.747%,破煤率降低7.81%。 In order to improve the coal breaking efficiency of shearer,a simulation model was established by using EDEM software.Taking coal breaking rate,average cutting resistance and average specific energy consumption for cutting as the qualitative evaluation indexes,the shearer drum cutting performances in the coal seams with or without boreholes and the coal seam with different ground stresses were analyzed.The results showed that the average cutting resistance,the average specific energy consumption for cutting and the coal breaking rate of the shearer drum could be reduced by loading boreholes in the coal seam.When the shearer drum cut coal seam with 10 MPa crustal stress,the cutting force and specific energy consumption for cutting in the coal seam with loaded boreholes were reduced by 3.814%and 24.272%respectively compared with those in the coal seam without unloaded borehole,and the coal breaking rate was increased by 5.87%;when the shearer drum cut coal seam with 15 MPa crustal stress,the cutting force and specific energy consumption for cutting in the coal seam with loaded boreholes were reduced by 5.676%and 30.747%respectively compared with those in the coal seam without unloaded borehole,and the coal breaking rate was increased by 6.48%;when the shearer drum cut the coal seam without loaded borehole,the cutting force and specific energy consumption for cutting in coal seam with 15 MPa crustal stress increase by 18.364%and 63.434%respectively compared with those in coal seam with 10 MPa crustal stress,and the coal breaking rate decreased by 8.42%;when the shearer drum cut the coal seam with loaded boreholes,the cutting force and specific energy consumption for cutting in coal seam with 15 MPa crustal stress increase by 16.072%and 30.747%respectively compared with those in coal seam with 10 MPa crustal stress,and the coal breaking rate decreased by 7.81%.
