摘要
针对掘锚机滚筒截齿破煤理论不完善的现状,利用LS-DYNA建立了掘锚机截齿破煤的仿真有限元模型,对掘锚机滚筒截齿破煤过程进行了仿真研究,分析了破煤过程中截齿的应力状态。并引用截割阻力的计算公式对仿真进行验证,证明了建模方法的可行性与正确性,研究工作为深入探讨破煤机理,并为改进截齿的设计提供可靠的依据。
Considering the faults of the theory of cutting coal for the boher miner drum pick, the simulation finite model of bolter miner was established by using LS-DYNA. The boher miner drum pick' s cutting progress was simulated. And the stress state of pick in the cutting progress was analyzed. Compared with the formula of the pick cutting resistance, simula- tion results showed that bond-graph modeling approach was feasible and correct. It could be used to the further study of cut- ting theory, and provide a reliable theoretical basis for improving the design of pick.
