摘要
针对横切速度及钻进速度对截割性能的影响作用,采用有限元分析的方式进行仿真分析。结果表明,在横切速度或钻进速度增加时,截割力载荷作用逐渐增加,而截割比能耗呈现减小的趋势。通过对横切速度及钻进速度的影响作用分析,给实际截割参数的选取提供参考,以提高掘进截割的效率。
Aiming at the influence of cross cutting speed and drilling speed on cutting performance,the simulation analysis is carried out by means of finite element analysis.The results show that when the cross cutting speed or drilling speed increases,the cutting force load increases gradually,while the specific energy consumption of cutting decreases.Through the analysis of the influence of cross cutting speed and drilling speed,it provides a reference for the selection of actual cutting parameters and improves the efficiency of excavation cutting.
