摘要
综采工作面巷道的快速掘进成巷作业是确保煤矿高效安全开采的前提,为实现大断面巷道的快速掘进作业,确保巷道开挖后的稳定性,对开挖后的大断面巷道应用超前临时支护系统进行锚固。通过现场应用发现,该超前临时支护系统可有效缓解巷道的变形,最大顶底板移近量控制在150 mm,支护效果较好,与原有支护设计相比巷道开挖速率也得到明显提高。
The fast tunneling operation of the roadway of the comprehensive mining face is a prerequisite for ensuring efficient and safe mining in coal mines.In order to achieve the fast tunneling operation of the large section roadway and ensure the stability of the roadway after excavation,the over-the-top temporary support system is applied to anchor the large section roadway after excavation.Through field application,it was found that the overrunning temporary support system can effectively alleviate the deformation of the roadway,and the maximum top and bottom slab shifting into 150 mm,which is a good support effect,and the excavation rate of the roadway has been significantly improved compared with the original support design.
