摘要
为提高悬臂式掘进机承载结构在使用过程中的安全可靠性,针对悬臂式掘进机的承载结构,采用有限元数值模拟的形式对两种危险工况下掘进机承载结构的静力学性能进行分析。结果表明,在两种工况下承载结构的应力及位移变形均满足系统的使用需求,保证了承载结构的稳定性。
In order to improve the safety and reliability of the load-bearing structure of the cantilever roadheader in the process of use,the static mechanical performance of the load-bearing structure of the roadheader under two dangerous working conditions was analyzed by means of finite element numerical simulation.The results show that the stress and displacement deformation of the load-bearing structure under the two working conditions meet the requirements of the system and ensure the stability of the load-bearing structure.
