摘要
为实现对矿井整个工作面的自动化控制,在对采煤机自动调高系统分析的基础上,采用滑模结构设计了采煤机自动调高控制器,主要包括采煤机调高系统滑模面切换函数和滑模控制函数;结合传统PID控制器,对采煤机调高控制采用方波和正弦信号进行跟踪对比分析。结果表明,采用滑模结构可以很好地实现采煤机截割滚筒快平稳的自动调整。
In order to realize the automatic control of the whole working face of the mine,based on the analysis of the automatic height adjustment system of the shearer,the automatic height adjustment controller of the shearer is designed with a sliding mode structure,which mainly includes the sliding mode surface switching function and Sliding mode control function of the shearer height adjustment system;Combining with traditional PID controllers,the tracking and comparative analysis of square wave and sine signals used for the height adjustment control of the coal mining machine shows that the use of sliding mode structure can effectively achieve fast and stable automatic adjustment of the cutting drum of the coal mining machine.
