摘要
采煤机作业过程中,需依据煤层的变化进行采高的调节,从而保证煤层截割作业的安全。采煤机自动调高系统的应用也是实现自动化综采的基础。依据采煤机摇臂调节的工艺进行自动调高系统的设计,并对调节效果进行实验分析。结果表明,采煤机开采自动调高系统对实际采高调节的误差率较低,能够满足自动化综采的需求。
During the operation of a shearer,it is necessary to adjust the mining height according to the changes in the coal seam,so as to ensure the safety of the coal seam cutting operation.The application of automatic height adjustment of shearers is also the foundation for realizing automatic fully mechanized mining.The automatic height adjustment system is designed based on the process of adjusting the rocker arm of the shearer,and the adjustment effect is analyzed experimentally.The results show that the error rate of the automatic height adjustment system for shearer mining on actual mining height adjustment is relatively low,and it can meet the requirements of automatic fully mechanized mining.
