摘要
采用抽样问卷调查辅以个别访谈的方式,调查京津冀地区国际中文职前教师课堂教学设计能力现状。最终获取有效问卷128份。调查结果表明:京津冀地区部分国际中文职前教师对教学设计原则及方法的掌握大多仅凭借经验,与教学标准及大纲并不完全相符;他们能够设计有效的测试及作业,但欠缺对学习者认知特点与学习需要的考虑;课堂实践能力较强,但合作学习的实施效果不佳。基于以上问题提出四个改进措施,包括:增设相关课程;提高调查能力;建立小组合作学习活动案例库;建设跨学科学习中心。
This study investigates the classroom teaching design ability of international Chinese pre-service teachers in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by means of sample questionnaire survey as well as individual interviews.Finally,128 valid questionnaires are obtained.The survey results show that international Chinese pre-service teachers design classes with their experience rather than some principles and methods,which is not completely consistent with the teaching standards and syllabus;they can design effective tests and assignments,but they lack the understanding of learners’consideration of cognitive characteristics and learning needs;their overall classroom practice ability is strong,but the implementation effect of cooperative learning is not good.Based on the above problems,the study proposes four improvement measures:adding relevant professional knowledge courses,conducting a thorough investigation of learners in advance,establishing a case library of group cooperative learning activities,and building an interdisciplinary learning center.
