摘要
世界各国在推广本国语言的教学中,十分重视制定科学的教学能力标准。我国虽已推出相关文件,与国外已有标准相比,似显粗疏,不够完备。本文拟从基础知识、专业知识、教学技能和教师素质四方面,阐述制定标准的基本思想与主要内容,为建立理想的教学能力标准搭建初步的框架。文章认为,教师教学能力标准,也是衡量与评估教学的标准。在目前汉语向国际推广之时,建立汉语作为外语教学能力的国家标准,对培养合格的汉语教师是十分有必要的。
Establishing scientific standards of teaching capacity is emphasized by every country in the promotion of their national language. Although relevant documents have been released in China, they seem not to be comprehensive enough compared with the standards established by other countries. This article is intended to construct a basic framework for setting the capacity standards for teaching Chinese as a foreign language from the perspectives of basic knowledge, professional knowledge, teaching ability, and teacher' s quality. It suggests that the teaching capacity standard should also be taken as the standards for evaluating language teaching. It is necessary for training certified Chinese language teachers to establish such a framework in the current promotion of Chinese teaching all over the world.
