摘要
对外汉语教师是对外汉语教学的关键因素之一,必须加强对外汉语教师的培养和培训。基于行动研究的对外汉语教师培养模式的建立有利于提高对外汉语教师的素质和水平,教育叙事、反思性研究和校本教研制度是这种培养模式的基本策略。
A teacher is one of the key factors in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, we,as a foreign language teacher, must strengthen development and training of Chinese. The training model for teachers of TCFL based on the actions research can improve the teachers' quality and level, Educational narration and reflection on the research, and school- based research model of this system are basic strategies.
