中学教师教学设计能力表现水平实证研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过对山西省不同层级的15所中学教师教学设计能力表现水平进行调查,结果表明:中学教师教学设计能力处于中等偏上水平,各能力表现水平从高到低依次为教学背景分析能力、教学目标设计能力、教学方法设计能力、教学过程设计能力、教学设计成果评价能力、教学媒体设计能力,其中,中学教师的教学媒体设计能力有待提升。同时,受性别、教龄、职称和学历的影响,中学教师教学设计能力表现出不同的水平和特点。提升中学教师教学设计能力,需要搭建教师互动平台,建立教师学习空间,落实教师学历提升计划,特别是要强化教师教学信息化技术培训。 Through the investigation and research into the performance level of teaching design ability of 15middle school teachers of different levels in Shanxi Province,it is found that the general teaching design ability of middle school teachers is at the upper middle level,among which the best performance is the ability of teaching background analysis,and then followed by the ability of teaching goal design,the ability of teaching method design,the ability of teaching process design,the ability of teaching design achievement evaluation,and the ability of teaching media design.The ability of teaching media design needs to be improved.At the same time,influenced by gender,teaching age,professional title and educational background,middle school teachers’teaching design ability shows different levels and characteristics.To improve the teaching design ability of middle school teachers,we need to build a teacher interaction platform,create the learning space for teachers,implement the teachers’academic improvement plans,and especially strengthen the technical training of teaching media.
