摘要
大学英语教师教学能力是确保大学英语教育质量的关键。文章通过对比外研社“教学之星”大赛和“外教社杯”全国高校外语教学大赛,分析了大学英语教师教学能力提升的关键在于教学设计能力、教学实施能力和教学创新能力。同时要以赛促练、以赛促教,把教学比赛的经验运用到教学实践中去。
The teaching ability of college English teachers is the key to ensure the quality of college English education.This paper analyzes that the key to improve the teaching ability of college English teachers lies in the teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability and teaching innovation ability by comparing the FLTRP Star Teacher Contest and the SFLEP National Foreign Language Teaching Contest.At the same time,it is important to use the contest to promote practice and teaching,and to apply the experience of the teaching contest to teaching practice.
