桩西采油厂抽油机半直驱永磁电动机推广应用及效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 由于游梁式抽油机现有的皮带轮驱动方式中间环节多、能耗较高,且存在一定的安全隐患。而抽油机半直驱永磁电动机具有大扭矩,低转速、效率高的特点,因此将电动机安装在减速箱输入轴上,直接驱动减速器,便可减少皮带传送环节,实现抽油机正常运转,具有节能及安全的技术优势。经现场试验及改进,3 a来桩西采油厂机采系统推广应用半直驱永磁电动机77台,实施后,减少了皮带损耗及消耗费用,降低了工人劳动强度,消除了安全隐患,取得了良好经济效益及社会效益。 The beam pumping units with a pulley drive has many intermediate links,high energy consumption,and certain safety hazards.However,the semi-direct drive permanent magnet motor of the pumping unit has the characteristics of high torque,low speed,and high efficiency,whose motor is installed on the input shaft of reduction box and directly drives the reduction box,reducing the belt transmission link and achieving normal operation of pumping unit.It has the technical advantages of energy conservation and safety.After field testing and improvement,the 77 semi-direct drive permanent magnet motors have been promoted and applied in the machine mining system of Zhuangxi oil production plant in the past three years,reducing belt loss and consumption cost,reducing labor intensity of workers,eliminating safety hazards,and achieving good economic and social benefits.
