摘要
针对目前游梁杆式抽油机能耗大,效率低、调整参数复杂等缺点,利用传动控制、过程控制等技术设计了一种高效节能的新型抽油机。介绍了以PLC、变频器为核心组成的变频调速在抽油机控制系统中的应用。阐述了该抽油系统的节能原理、硬件、软件设计及其优点,通过室内模拟试验,证明了基于PLC控制的变频调速应用在抽油机控制系统中,有着优越的技术性能及其显著的经济效益,且具有很好的推广应用价值和进一步的研究价值。
Due to the shortcomings of low efficiency,high cost and complex adjusting parameters of rod pumping units at present,it makes full use of drive control technology and processing control technology to design of a new energy-saving and high-efficiency new oil-drawing machine.Introducing one kind of frequency converter and PLC for the core constitute of frequency conversion adjusting speed is applied in control system of pumping units.The economy energy principle,hardware,software of that system design and advantage of system are discussed,through an indoor imitative tests,the results prove to the control system based on PLC as controlled and frequency conversion adjusting speed is used as driver own technique function of superiority with remarkable economic benefits,it has good expansion application value and further research value.
