摘要
描述了单片机控制的PWM变频调速系统的设计方法。其中主电路采用二极管进行不可控整流,同时用PWM逆变器调压调频,用GTO开关元件组成交-直-交电压型变频器。变频器采用恒压频比控制方式,控制电路的核心是8051单片机,在通过键盘输入给定值并与反馈值进行比较后,将信号送给PWM调制波集成芯片HEF4752V,以产生2~5kHz的开关信号来控制GTO的导通和截止,即通过改变电压和频率得到逼真可调的正弦波形。
The design methods of PWM variable-frequency control system controlled by MCU are described.The incontrollable rectification is performed by diode in the main circuit.The voltage adjustment and FM is conducted by PWM voltage inverter.AC-DC-AC voltage inverter is composed of GTO switching elements.The inverter adopts a control mode with constant U.The core of the control circuit is 8051 SCM 8051.After the value given by keyboard is compared with the feedback value,the signal is sent to PWM modulation wave integrated chip HEF4752V for producing a 2~5 kHz switching signal to control the switch of GTO,that is,the adjustable and realistic sine wave is achieved by changing the voltage and frequency.
