摘要
针对目前稠油开采系统中抽油机下冲过程存在能量回馈、中频加热给定温度不具备判断实际中频输入功率是否合理的问题,设计一种变频、中频联动电源.该电源通过变频、中频共用母线技术把抽油机回馈电能通过中频加热消耗掉,避免了变频器主电路过大的回馈冲击电流并节约了电能.同时采用中频给定温度自寻优控制,改变以往由人工经验设定加热温度而存在的电能浪费.利用频率跟踪和移相控制技术保证最佳加热效率,提高了系统的可靠性,降低了设备成本.辽河油田实际应用表明,该设备达到了节能降耗、提高开采效率的目的.
Since there exists the energy feedback and the medium-frequency heating can not adjust the input power in viscous oil recovery system, a variable frequency power supply combined with medium-frequency was designed. This equipment uses self-optimizing control of given temperature and bus sharing technology to consume feedback energy from oil pumping units, which avoids the impacts of feedback energy on main circuit. The proposed scheme ensures the optimal efficiency by making the output frequency race the resonance frequency using the frequency tracing and phase-shifted control techniques. The new equipment exhibits high reliability, low cost and power consumption in viscous oil recovery.
