一种稠油热采节能方法的理论分析与实践 被引量:4

Theoretical analysis and practice of an energy-saving method in heavy oil thermal recovery

摘要 为提高稠油采集电加热效率,该文着重分析稠油井的垂直温度分布模型和特种加热电缆的电路模型。结合这两种模型和现场数据,提出并证明了提高电源频率可以显著提高电加热效率。在理论分析基础上研制出用于稠油采集的高效电加热设备,在辽河油田实施工业应用。现场测试数据与理论分析相吻合。多次测试证明:与现有同类产品相比,该设备取得了相当可观的节能效果。 Large amount of electricity i s used in heavy oil wells to heat the oil. The electrical heating efficiency was improved by numerically modelling the temperature distribution in heavy oil wel ls in conjunction with a circuit model of the heating cable. The analysis combin ed with field data showed that an improved power frequency can remarkably improve the electrical he ating efficiency. The theoretical analysis was then used to develop a converter for the electrical heating, which was used in the Liaohe Oil Field many times fo r different conditions. The test data agreed well with the theoretical analysis with substantially reduced energy use in comparison with other products.
