摘要
减速箱作为机械采油过程中的重要生产设备,长期在野外运行,由于箱体内压力高、回油槽堵塞、油封刃口与轴套发生干磨导致密封失效等原因易造成减速箱各部位发生漏油,成为生产过程中设备管理的一大顽疾,困扰油井的正常生产。针对以上问题,研制了减速箱双级油封总成,增加减速箱轴承密封级数,实现自润滑功能,解决了减速箱在轴承端盖部位漏油问题。现场124台抽油机减速箱成功应用后,达到了时率增产、降低油耗、杜绝污染等目的,累计创效154.54万元,延长减速箱输入轴和输出轴密封周期2~3倍,取得了降本增效和环保效益的双赢。
As an important production equipment in the process of mechanical oil recovery,the deceleration box has been operating in the wild for a long time. During this period,due to the high pressure in the box, the blockage of the oil return groove, the dry grinding of the oil seal edge and the shaft sleeve lead to the seal failure.What’s more,it is easy to cause oil leakage at various parts of deceleration box,which becomes a major problem in the equipment management during the production process and hinders the normal production of the oil well. In view of the above problems, by developing a dualstage oil seal assembly of the deceleration box,increasing the number of sealing stages of the deceleration box bearing and realizing the self-lubricating function,the problem that the deceleration box is prone to oil leakage at the bearing end cover is solved. In addition,it has been successfully applied to the deceleration box of 124 pumping units on the site,achieving the purpose of increasing production per hour,reducing oil consumption and putting an end to pollution. The accumulated effect is 1 545 400 yuan,and the sealing period of the input shaft and output shaft of the deceleration box is extended by 2-3 times,which has achieved a win-win situation of cost reduction,efficiency increase and environmental protection.
