摘要
在煤矿井下,变频一体机的应用越来越广泛。以一台1000 kW/3300 V矿用隔爆兼本质安全型变频调速一体机的设计与研发为例,介绍了整体电气原理、系统配置以及各关键部分的设计思路,并从低功耗设计、谐波抑制和散热处理等方面突出产品的优点。该设计实现了可靠控制以及故障保护等功能,最后结合产品的一系列电气实验验证设计的可行性,证明研制取得成功。
In coal mine,the application of frequency conversion integrated machine is more and more extensive.Taking the design and development of a 1000 kW/3300 V flameproof and intrinsically safe frequency conversion adjustable-speed integrated machine used in mine as an example,the overall electrical principle,system configuration and design ideas of key parts of the machine were introduced,and the advantages of the product from the aspects of low power consumption design,harmonic suppression and heat dissipation treatment were highligted.The design realized the functions of reliable control and fault protection.Finally,the feasibility of the design was verified by a series of electrical experiments of the product,which proved that the development was successful.
