摘要
渤南油田94^(#)站西部片区位于济阳坳陷沾化凹陷中部,区块地层压力低,自然产能低,原油物性差,存在冬季管输末端回压高,能耗大,烟气污染高等问题。在调研基础上利用PIPEPHASE建模分析、Fluent模拟分析,总结出集输系统主要能耗原因:保温效果差造成热散失大,管道布局不合理、局部施工不规范造成压损大,燃气加热造成能源消耗大。机采系统主要能耗原因:设备传动功率损耗大、抽油机载荷不均匀电损大、生产参数不合理导致效率低耗电大。提出了精细质量管理、机采系统优化、管网布局改造及掺水优化、燃气加热炉替代优化、新能源方案比选替代优化等技术和管理措施,并利用C语言程序和PIPEPHASE建模验算可行性,经过现场使用验证,能够满足优化生产效果和节能减排的目的。
The western region 94#station of Bonan oilfield is located in the middle of Zhanhua Depression of Jiyang Depression,with low formation pressure,low natural productivity and poor physical properties of crude oil,leading to a series of problems such as high back pressure at the end of pipeline transport in winter,high energy consumption,high flue gas pollution and so on.Based on the basis of investigation,by using PIPEPHASE modelling analysis and Fluent simulation analysis,the main causes of energy consumption in the gathering and transportation system were summarized as follows:large heat loss due to poor insulation effect,large pressure loss caused by unreasonable pipeline layout and local construction irregularity,and large energy consumption caused by gas heating.Furthermore,the main energy consumption reasons of the mechanical mining system are large power loss in equipment transmission,large electrical loss of the uneven load of pumping unit,low efficiency and large power consumption due to unreasonable production parameters.Most importantly,the techniques and management measures are put forward with fine quality management,optimization of mechanical mining system,transformation of pipe network layout,optimization of water mixing,optimization of gas heating furnace alternatives and alternative optimization of new energy scheme comparison.The feasibility is verified by using the C language program and PIPEPHASE modelling.It has been proven in use on site,which can satisfy the purpose of optimizing production effect and energy conservation and emission reduction.
