摘要 游梁式抽油机是油田开发生产的一种重要设备。通过开展4种油田通常采用的节能控制装置分析和游梁式抽油机驱动电动机曲线分析,提出游梁式抽油机柔性控制系统的优化算法和改进游梁式抽油机的驱动方式,介绍了现场应用情况和效果等。实践证明,该技术先进、节能控制效果好,平均有功节电率达到27.4%,无功节电率达到98.6%,且具有良好的性价比,具有良好的推广应用价值。 Beam pumping unit is an important equipment for oilfield development and production.Based on the analysis of energy-saving control devices commonly used in four oil fields and the curve analysis of driving motor of beam pumping unit,the optimization algorithm of flexible control system of beam pumping unit and the improvement of driving mode of beam pumping unit are put forward,and the field application and effect are introduced.The practice proves that the technology is advanced and the energy-saving control effect is good.The average active power saving rate is 27.4%and reactive power saving rate is 98.6%,and it has good cost performance and good application value.
