摘要
“1+X”证书制度在促进高职院校教育教学改革、培养学生职业技能、提高就业能力等方面发挥着重要作用。从各个利益相关主体角度进行分析,高职院校电子商务专业“1+X”证书制度在试点过程中面临是机遇和挑战,建议加强“1+X”培训师资队伍建设、试点院校将多项X证书深度融入人才培养、多方合力提升“X证书”含金量、提高学生对“1+X”证书的认知水平,从而推动电子商务专业“1+X”证书制度试点工作的健康可持续发展。
The"1+x"certificate system plays an important role in promoting the education and teaching reform of higher vocational colleges,cultivating students'vocational skills and improving their employability.From the perspective of various stakeholders,the"1+x"certificate system for e-commerce majors in higher vocational colleges is facing opportunities and challenges in the pilot process.It needs to be improved from the aspects of strengthening the construction of"1+x"training teachers,the pilot colleges'deep integration of multiple x certificates into talent training,the joint efforts of various parties to improve the gold content of"x certificates",and improving students'cognitive level of"1+x"certificates,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the pilot work of"1+x"certificate system for e-commerce majors.
