摘要
目的 研究黄芪建中汤加减联合奥美拉唑、奥曲肽治疗急性非食管胃底静脉曲张性上消化道出血的效果。方法 在我院2020年1月—2022年3月收治的急性非食管胃底静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者中选取符合研究标准的78例患者,使用随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组39例,给予奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗,观察组39例,在对照组基础上给予黄芪建中汤加减治疗,对比两组临床疗效、临床指标及血红蛋白水平。结果 观察组治疗总有效率94.87%,高于对照组的76.92%(P <0.05);观察组患者各项临床指标优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗前两组患者血红蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组患者血红蛋白水平(97.48±3.64)g/L较对照组(89.69±2.57)g/L明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 黄芪建中汤加减联合奥美拉唑、奥曲肽治疗急性非食管胃底静脉曲张性上消化道出血的效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with omeprazole and octreotide in the treatment of acute non-esophageal variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods From January 2020 to March 2022 in our hospital with acute non-esophageal variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding,78 patients who met the research criteria were selected and divided into two groups by random counting method.The control group(n=39) was given omeprazole combined with octreotide treatment,the observation group(n=39) was given the modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the clinical efficacy,clinical indicators and hemoglobin levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,76.92%(P0.05),the hemoglobin level of the observation group(97.48±3.64) g/L was significantly higher than that of the control group(89.69±2.57) g/L after treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with omeprazole and octreotide has a significant effect on acute non-esophagogastric variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding,which is worthy of promotion.
