食品安全检验检测中质量管理问题与解决策略研究 被引量:7

摘要 食品安全关系到企业的发展和人们的生命健康。近些年来,食物中毒、食品添加剂超标、食品卫生不达标等问题时有发生,受到了广大消费者的高度重视。当前,我国的食品安全检验检测还存在技术落后、监督管理体系不完善、检测效率低下等问题,需要食品安全监督管理部门高度重视起来,引入先进的检测技术,提高检测效率,确保食品安全。本文分析了质量管理在食品安全检验检测中的重要性以及当前食品安全检验检测中存在的问题,并针对食品安全检验提出了质量控制策略,旨在推动食品安全检验技术的发展。 Food safety is related to the development of enterprises and people’s life and health.In recent years,food poisoning,food additives exceeding the standard and food hygiene failing to meet the standard have occurred from time to time,which has been highly valued by the majority of consumers.At present,China’s food safety inspection and detection still has problems such as backward technology,imperfect supervision and management system,and low detection efficiency.Food safety supervision and management departments need to attach great importance to it,introduce advanced detection technology,improve detection efficiency,and ensure food safety.This paper analyzes the importance of quality management in food safety inspection and detection,and the problems existing in the current food safety inspection and detection,and puts forward the quality control strategy for food safety inspection in order to promote the development of food safety inspection technology.
