摘要
内部审核是实验室质量管理中极为重要的环节,是完善实验室内部管理的重要部分,也是实验室工作顺利开展的重要保障。在实验室中,保障内部审核质量不仅可以让实验室管理体系发挥重要作用,还可以完善实验室管理体系,提高实验室食品检验质量。本文论述了食品检验、实验室内部审核的概念,实验室内部审核的要点和有效发挥实验室内部审核作用的措施。
Internal audit is an extremely important link in laboratory quality management.Effective control of internal audit quality is an important part of improving laboratory internal management,and also an important guarantee for the smooth development of laboratory work.In the laboratory,ensuring the quality of internal audit can not only make the laboratory management system play an important role,but also improve the whole laboratory management system and improve the quality of laboratory food inspection.This paper describes what is food inspection,and expounds the key points of laboratory internal audit,laboratory internal audit and effective measures to play the role of laboratory internal audit.
