浅谈高阻隔镀铝包装袋对鸡精调味料的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Different Packaging Materials on Chicken Essence

摘要 采用高阻隔镀铝袋和铝箔袋密闭贮存鸡精调味料(以下简称鸡精),通过常温、光照等不同试验条件,对鸡精的色泽、形状、香气、水分及微生物指标进行观察,研究不同材质包装袋对鸡精的影响。结果表明,鸡精的品质和包装材料的氧气透过量、水蒸气透过量关系密切,12个月内,高阻隔镀铝包装袋可以替代铝箔包装袋作为一种新颖的包装选择在鸡精调味料中进行应用。 Using high barrier aluminized bag and aluminum foil bag to seal storage chicken essence seasoning(hereinafter referred to as the chicken essence),through the different test conditions such as temperature,illumination,color,shape,aroma of chicken essence,moisture and microbial indicators to observe,the effect of different material bags of chicken essence was studied.The results showed that the chicken quality and amount of oxygen through the packaging materials were close to the amount of water vapor through the 12 months.High separation aluminized bag could replace aluminum bag,as a kind of novel packing choice for application in chicken essence seasoning.
