摘要
目的探讨临床应变能力视角下基础护理学课程案例式教学方法的应用效果。方法选择锦州医科大学2018级护理学专业70名学生为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组35名学生。在讲授基础护理学课程的技能操作部分时,试验组学生在临床应变能力视角下采用案例式教学方法,对照组学生采用常规教学方法。教学开始前,对两组学生进行基础护理学理论和常识性技能操作(测量体温、测量血压)考试;教学结束后,对两组学生进行基础护理学理论、技能操作考试和问卷调查。从批判性思维能力、考试成绩和教学满意度3个方面评价2种教学方法的应用效果。结果教学前,两组学生考试成绩比较,其差异无统计学意义;教学后,试验组学生考试成绩和教学满意度评分均显著高于对照组学生,其批判性思维能力各项评分也均高于对照组学生。结论基于临床应变能力视角下在基础护理学课程采取案例式教学方法,有助于提高学生的考试成绩,改善学生的批判性思维能力,使学生具有较高的教学满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the case-based teaching method of basic nursing from the perspective of clinical strain ability.Methods A total of 70 nursing students of grade 2018 in Nursing College of Jinzhou Medical University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 35 students in each group.While teaching the skills section of the basic nursing course,the experimental group adopted the case teaching mode from the perspective of clinical adaptability,and the control group adopted the conventional teaching mode.Before and after the teaching,two groups of students were tested,and an additional questionnaire was added after teaching.Critical thinking analysis ability,test scores and teaching satisfaction were used to evalate the application effect of the two groups.Results Before teaching,there was no difference in scores between the two groups.After teaching,the students’in the experimental group scores and satisfaction with teaching were significantly higher than those in the control group.The scores of evidence-based medicine ability,clinical decision-making ability and clinical resilience ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.Conclusions Based on the perspective of clinical resilience,the case teaching method is adopted in basic nursing courses can improve students’examination results and improve their ability of critical thinking and analysis.
