护理本科学生批判性思维能力的调查研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的调查医学院四年制护理本科学生批判性思维能力的现状,为医学院四年制本科护理专业人才培养模式、课程设置及相应的教学策略提供依据。方法对某医学院245名护理学生进行调查。采用批判性思维能力(中文版)测量表(CTDI-CV)对其批判性思维能力进行问卷调查。结果本科护生CTDI-CV批判性思维总分(283.09±44.12)分,其中开放思想、系统化能力、批判思维的自信心和认知成熟度4个子条目得分均>40分。各特质比较,四个年级学生都在寻找真相特质中得分最低;在批判思维的自信心和认知成熟度得分方面,一年级得分高于二年级、三年级和四年级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应通过构建以护理临床处置能力培养为主线的项目课程,以进一步加强不同年级护生批判性思维中寻找真相特质的培养。 Objective To investigate the critical thinking ability of undergraduate nursing students and to provide the reference for the professional training,model setting,curriculum and teaching strategies making. Methods By using stratified sampling method,an investigation to245 nursing students from a certain medical university was carried out. The Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version( CTDI-CV) was used to investigate the ability of critical thinking. Results The overall score of CTDI-CV score was( 283. 09 ± 44. 12). The score of open mind,systematization capacity,self-confidence and cognitive maturity were over 40 points.Students of all grades achieved the lowest score in aspect of truth seeking. The students in grade one achieved a higher score of self-confidence and cognitive maturity compared with students from other grades( P < 0. 05). Conclusion In order to improve the critical thinking ability of undergraduate nursing students,it is necessary to reform the curriculum setting and teaching focusing on clinical practice competence.
